Grilled Vegetable Sandwich recipe

2tbsp cheese

4 bread slices

1 finely chopped onion

1 finely chopped tomato

1/2 finely chopped capsicum

1/2 cup finely chopped keera

red chille powder

pepper powder

salt as required

Preparation method :

Take a bowl and mix chopped onions, tomato, capsicum, and keera.

Add 1/2 tbsp red chili powder.

A pinch of pepper powder.

salt as to taste.

Now take a plate and keep two bread slice on the plate.

Add cheese on two slices 1/2 tbsp for each.

Now add the vegetable mixer to the bread slice.

Cover with another bread slice.

Now keep that bread pieces into grilled sandwich maker.

Wait for 30 sec.

If you want more roasting you can keep another 20 to 30 sec.

Now your Sandwich is ready to serve 🙂
