1/2tbsp urad dal
1/2tbsp chana dal
6 Curry leaves
3 green chilies
2 cups bottle ground pieces
2 small tomatoes
1 lemon size tamarind
1/2tbsp cumin seeds
1 finely chopped garlic clove
salt to taste
Take pan or tawa and pour 1.5tbsp oil
Add urad dal, moong dal, curry leaves make them fry upto color changed to golden on low flame.
Add chilies, bottle ground and tomatoes make them fry 8-10min in low medium flame.
When mixer changed to golden color switch off the flame and make it to cool.
Take blender add garlic piece, cumin seeds, tamarind, salt and finally mixer.
Blend 1 or 2 times depends on smoothness you want. Taste it and if salt is not enough add it as per taste.
Take that chutney into bowl if you want to add pop again you can add now.
Now you can serve chutney in rice or breakfast.
