Corn cheese balls

Ingredients:

50gm grated cheese

2 medium size aalu(potato)

1 medium corn

1/2tbsp basil

4tbsp all purpose flour(maida)

1/4tbsp pepper powder

1/4tbsp vaamu(carom) powder

Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

Take pressure cooker and boiled aalu and corn for 2 to 3 whistles

When cooker cool down take a corn in a plate.

Smash the aalu and add to corn in that plate

Now add grated cheese, pepper, basil, all purpose flour, vamu powder and salt as per taste.

Now all are mixing very well and make it as a mixer.

Now make that mixer as small to medium size balls.

Take a tawa or kadai and add oil with medium flame.

In heat oil add bolls and fry them.

Slid the corn cheese balls gently into the hot oil.

Fry on medium flame.

When one turns golden colour turns into other side.

Turn balls for couple of times make sure that the cheese bolls are frayed well.

Remove the balls to kitchen papers and fry remaining all bolls.

Now serve you yummy corn cheese balls with tomato sauce.
