1 cup Bombai ravva or fine ravva (sooji)
1.5 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
Cashew -10 to 12
1/2tbsp Yalukalu(cardamom) powder or 4 to 5pieces yalukalu husked and powdered
Take tawa or kadai add 3tbsp ghee add cashew make it fry.
When cashew Color comes to golden add ravva fry it for 2-3 min after that switch off the flame and take it into another plate.
Take another bowl add 1 cup water and 1 cup milk put it on stove with medium flame.
Add pinch of kasari food color.
when the milk is boiling add sugar, yalukalu, kishmish and stir it.
After sugar melted add kesari ravva mixer and mix very well on low flame.
Add 2 to 2.5 tbsp ghee to kesari and mix well.
Cover the bowl with lid and cook for 3-4 min on flame.
The ravva will absorb all water and cook. Kesari also thicken.
If you see any creamish tiny specks on ravva then it is still needs to cook.
Once it is cooked switch off the flame and mix very well.
Now serve your kesari as hot or warm.
