Egg Paneer Fried Rice

2.5 cup cooked rice

2 eggs

1 cup finely chopped onions

1 cup finely chopped carrot

1 cup finely chopped beans

1 cup finely chopped capsicum

1 cup green pece

1cup paneer

2 green chillies

1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce

1/2 tbsp green chili sauce

1 tbsp soya sauce

1/2 piece lemon

1/2 tbsp red chilli powder

salt as required

Preparation method :

While chopping the ingredients cook the rice and make it as cool.

Take a pan or tawa or kadai on stove and add 2 tsp oil on low flame.

Add onions to oil make it roast on low flame.

When onions came to golden color add carrot and beans and capsicum and green chilies

Cook it for 4-5 min on medium flame and mix it well while cooking.

Break the eggs and add to pan. You can also beat the egg until frothy and add them here to make the egg fluffy.

Lightly scramble them and cook till soft cooked.

Roast the egg 4-5 min.

Add paneer to the mixer and mix well.

Add soya sauce, red and green chili sauce and mix it well.

Add red chili powder and salt as required and fry it for 1-2min with low flame.

Add lemon and mix well.

Finally add rice to this mixer and mix well and keep it on low flame for 2-3 min.

Now your fried rice is ready and serve it.
