Lemon rice

Ingredients:

1/2tbsp uraddal

1/2tbsp chanadal

Cooked Rice -2cups

1tbsp cumin seeds

Curry leaves -1clove

Green chillies – 3-4 chopped

Red chillies -2

Peanuts – 1 1/2 – 2tbsp

Cashews – 10 to 12

Oil – 2-3 tbsp

Turmeric – 1/4tbsp

Lemons – 2 medium size

Salt -1tbsp

Preparation method:

Take tawa and add 2-3 tbsp oil in low flame.

Add urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, curry leaves fry it to get dals into light golden colour.

Now add red and green chillies, peanuts, cashews.

All ingredients mix very well add turmeric.

After cashews changed to light golden colour add  lemon and salt.

Mixing well for 30sec to 1min and add cooked rice.

Mix ingredients with rice very well and switch off the flame.

As per taste you can add lemon or salt if required.
